SLEEPING
The Bedroom
Up the stairs and under the eaves, is a wonderfully secluded master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The view from the smaller upper window shows Lyme Bay from a different perspective.
The very comfortable bed (6') can be arranged either as a superking or as twin singles
RELAXING
The Living Room
The main living room is on the first floor. Its windows, one bowed, survey the whole of the Bay. Originally built as a library, it has an additional space that used to be the connection to its senior neighbour next door.
Family and friends have always used this room as an additional bedroom, so we have added a sofa bed.
EATING
Eating
The kitchen and dining area is a great space for entertaining. The newly fitted and well equipped kitchen will be enjoyed by enthusiastic cooks. The dining area has seen many a happy family gathering over the decades.
The comfortable window seats offer a place to watch boats, passers by and the ever-changing sea scapes in front of the Marine Parade.
